DAILY COST PER APARTMENT

SEASONS:
Low: from October to April
Middle: May – June – September
High: July – August, Christmas time, New Year’s Time, Easter time, 25th April, 1st May

SERVICES INCLUDED:
Bed and bathroom linen changed every 3 days
Electricity, gas, water consumption
Wood for the fireplace and the barbecue

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED:
Final cleaning: 30 euros

Heating: 10 euros per day

Breakfast at request: 5 euros per person

Use of washing machine: 5 euros

Pre arrival grocery shopping service: your favourite foods and beverages will be purchased on your account and placed in your kitchen just prior to your arrival

PAYMENT METHODS:
At the moment of reservation:
30% of deposit by bank transfer, postal order, traveller’s cheques
At the moment of departure:
The rest of the amount by credit card or cash

CANCELLATION POLICY
1- Any cancellations must be sent by e-mail
2 - If the cancellation occurs within 7 days before the staying, the deposit will not be returned, but you could use it for another staying within 6 months according to the availability of the agriturismo.
3 - If the cancellation occurs within 6 days prior the staying booked we will require the balance of the total amount of the rental period
4 - Any reduction in the length of stay, or "no show" will be considered as cancellation
